1. Adults-only service
Taveli is only for people who are 18 years of age or older. Minors may not create an account or use the service. We may restrict or remove accounts when we reasonably believe that a person is under 18 or has misrepresented their age.
2. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Taveli strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, or any attempt to solicit, create, possess, distribute, or facilitate such content or conduct. This prohibition applies to profiles, photos, messages, links, and off-platform conduct connected to use of Taveli.
3. Reporting in Taveli
Users can report a profile or conversation using Taveli’s in-app report controls and can block another user. Select the child-safety or underage concern when applicable. Reports may also be sent to safety@taveli.app. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
4. Review and enforcement
We review safety reports and may preserve relevant records, remove content, restrict access, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, and prevent repeat access when appropriate. We do not notify a reported user when doing so could increase risk or interfere with an investigation.
5. Reports to authorities
Media Yard LLC complies with applicable child-safety laws. When we become aware of apparent CSAM or conduct that must be reported, we preserve and report the matter to the appropriate regional or national authority, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where required, and respond to valid legal requests from law enforcement.
