1. Accepting these terms
Taveli is operated by Media Yard LLC (“Media Yard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using Taveli, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Taveli. Taveli is an early-stage service and features may change before commercial release.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, use only your own account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not use Taveli if you are legally prohibited from doing so or have previously been removed for serious safety violations.
3. What Taveli provides
Taveli offers compatibility-based introductions, messaging, event discovery, privacy and safety controls, and optional paid features. Compatibility explanations are generated from information and preferences supplied by users. They are informational, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and do not guarantee attraction, identity, conduct, relationship success, event quality, or personal safety.
4. Conduct and consent
You agree to communicate respectfully, honor boundaries, obtain consent, and take reasonable precautions when meeting anyone. You may not:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, impersonate, defraud, or discriminate against another person.
- Post sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, hate content, violent threats, scams, malware, or unlawful material.
- Use Taveli for trafficking, commercial sexual services, weapons sales, illegal drugs, financial solicitation, spam, scraping, surveillance, or automated account activity.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, relationship status, intentions, education, finances, or other material facts.
- Attempt to bypass safety systems, access another account, reverse engineer the service, or misuse private information.
Call emergency services when someone is in immediate danger. Taveli is not an emergency service or background-check provider.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Taveli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service as permitted by your settings and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content. You may report content that violates these terms.
6. Gatherings and offline interactions
Interactions and gatherings involve independent users and may involve third-party venues or hosts. Unless expressly stated, Taveli does not control or endorse users, venues, transportation, alcohol service, or off-platform conduct. You are responsible for your decisions, travel, belongings, and compliance with venue rules. Taveli may modify or cancel a gathering for safety, operational, or legal reasons.
7. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before renewal. The store displays the final price, billing interval, trial terms, and taxes before purchase. Deleting your Taveli account does not cancel your store subscription. Refunds are handled under the applicable store rules and mandatory law. Paid status never boosts your ranking, compatibility, or profile visibility.
8. Safety enforcement and termination
We may investigate reports and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or content when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or maintain service integrity. We may use automated signals and human review. You may stop using Taveli or permanently delete your account at any time through the app or deletion portal.
9. Service changes and disclaimers
Taveli is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. We do not warrant that users are truthful, compatible, safe, or free from criminal history. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taveli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or losses arising from user conduct, offline interactions, unauthorized access, service interruptions, or reliance on compatibility information. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated as required, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted. Applicable mandatory consumer law remains unaffected. Questions may be sent to legal@taveli.app.
12. Legal review notice
These launch terms must be reviewed before commercial release once Taveli’s business address, supported jurisdictions, dispute process, insurance, event-hosting model, and final subscription terms are established.
